A New Way to Exercise - in Private!
The Next Step fitness clinic was established within the health and beauty clinic in 2000 and is based on the formulae of privacy and confidentiality combined with exercise. The fully equipped gymnasium will offer cardiovascular exercise equipment as well as exercise weights, showers & changing rooms to ensure all your fitness requirements are met.
We believe that not everybody wants to exercise in a large open plan area, and may prefer the option of booking the facilities knowing that the maximum number of guests will be four, or alternatively just yourself if you prefer. The gymnasium will be staffed by fully qualified gym instructors to assist you on any advice or guidance you may need.
FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP SCHEMES
We operate two types of membership -
- Bronze who pay a nominal fee of £7-50 per month on standing order as members, and then £3-50 for each session in the gym.
- Gold membership costs £33-00 per month and enables you to unlimited use of the gym without the need to pay £3.50.
To start with we ask you to book a free private induction session where you will be introduced to each piece of equipment and shown how to operate it safely. A specific exercise programme will be worked for you to ensure your objectives are met.
